Refund policy
Overview
At DOPE, we aim to provide the best possible experience for our customers. All products go through strict quality control before being shipped. However, we understand that exceptional situations may occur.
Due to the nature of our production process, specific conditions apply to exchanges and refunds depending on the selected shipping method.
Shipping Methods
We offer four shipping options:
- Free Shipping
- Basic Shipping
- Standard Shipping
- Premium Shipping
Customer rights vary according to the chosen shipping method:
- Free Shipping: More time comsuming and does not include exchanges or returns.
- Basic Shipping: does not include exchanges or returns.
- Standard Shipping: allows exchanges only in cases of damaged or defective products.

Premium Shipping: allows for exchanges or refunds, regardless of the reason (e.g. wrong size, change of mind, etc.).
Important Conditions Production Policy
- All orders enter production shortly after being placed. If Premium Shipping is not selected, refunds are not possible, as production begins immediately Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded after confirmation (unless Premium Shipping applies).
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, only the product value will be refunded.
Exchange and Return Policy
Basic Shipping:
No exchanges or returns are accepted.
Standard Shipping (Defective or Damaged Product):
If the product is defective or damaged, the customer may request an exchange for the same or an equivalent product. Refunds are not available with this shipping method.
Premium Shipping (Exchange or Refund for Any Reason):
Customers who choose Premium Shipping may request an exchange or refund, regardless of the reason (e.g. wrong size, change of mind, dissatisfaction, etc.).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the issue We will review the case and offer a solution as quickly as possible.
How to Request an Exchange or Return
To request an exchange or refund, please contact us: team@dopeworld.eu
Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos (if applicable)
Please contact us before opening any dispute or chargeback.
Refunds (Premium Shipping Only)

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processed within 10 business days after the item is received and inspected

Only the product value is refunded (shipping costs excluded)
Delivery Attempts & Uncollected Orders
Failed delivery attempts due to customer absence are not valid reasons for refunds or exchanges.
Orders held at pickup points must be collected within the carrier’s timeframe.
If not collected:
The order is considered fulfilled
No refund or exchange will be issued (unless Premium Shipping applies)
Return Conditions
All returns require prior approval
Items must be returned:

In unused condition

Return shipping costs may apply unless the issue was caused by DOPE
